The College Admissions Essay Workshops will focus on helping students develop strong admissions essays. This workshop is best suited for students who do not know what they would like to write about in their essays. During this session, students will work on developing content ideas for their college admissions essays. The session leader(s) will offer tips for appropriate and effective narratives and assist students in crafting a rhetorically effective plan for their text. Students can expect to end the session with at least one idea of a story or narrative they might include in their college admissions essay and a plan for continuing to develop and expand their idea.
