Buses do not need to print a parking permit. Individuals that will be parking in Lot E19 will need to display the parking permit in their dashboard.

Bus Drop Off Location for Groups: In front of the Performing Arts Complex A (#5 on the Campus Map)

Bus Parking During Event: UTRGV Baseball Field: (Lot E33 on the Campus Map)

Event Duration:

Welcome Begins: 9:30am

Closing Ends: 2:30pm

 

Lunch:

Lunch will be available from 11am-2pm in the Dining Hall (#18 EDBCX on the campus map) and will provided for all attendees, chaperones, and bus drivers. Please let your bus drivers know when and where they can get lunch. 

 

Note for Groups:

The welcome and closing sessions will both be held at the Performing Arts Complex to make bus drop off and pick up as easy as possible. Buses can park at the UTRGV Baseball Field during the event.

Students are assigned to groups based their College/School or intended major. Below is a list of which College/School/Major corresponds to which group.
