Parking Information:

Guest Parking Location for Individuals*: Lot B1

Bus Drop Off Location for Groups: Campus Entrance Circle Drive

Bus Parking During Event: Lot B1

 

*Individual Guests will need to print a parking permit and display it in their dashboard. Buses do not need to display a parking permit. 

 

Check In Information:

Check In Opens: 8:45am

Event Duration:

Welcome Begins: 9:30am

Closing Ends: 2:30pm

 

Lunch:

Lunch will be provided for all attendees, chaperones, and bus drivers.

 

Note for Groups:

The welcome and closing sessions will both be held at El Gran Salon to make bus drop off and pick up as easy as possible. Buses can park in Lot B1 during the event.

Students are assigned to groups based the College/School their intended major falls into. Below is a list of which College/School corresponds to which group. 

Students that indicated they are Undecided or interested in our Multidisciplinary Studies can choose which group they would like to be assigned to when they check into the event.
